Product Overview

The T433S mask filtration efficiency tester is designed for testing filter material efficiency in the 45% to 99.9% grade range, following international standards. This compact and lightweight tester requires only suitable power and compressed air (no water or oil) during operation, making it ideal for laboratory and factory environments.

The testing process utilizes particle counting methodology with monodisperse aerosol to measure counting efficiency. Filter paper is secured in the fixture, and test air volume corresponds to required filtration speed. Aerosol generated by the aerosol generator is adjusted, electrostatically neutralized (PSL), then uniformly mixed with filtered test air before entering the test area to penetrate the filter material.

The system also measures filter material resistance during testing and allows for manual flow rate adjustment.
