1. Scope of application:

3.1 Composition of the instrument:

3.2 Test Chamber:

The front and back and both sides of the test box are filled with thermal insulating mineral wool with "mullite thermal insulating fiber" (domestic materials and limited filling tightness, can not guarantee 0.7W.m-2.K-1 transmission conditions), the inner box 1.5mm thickness, 304# stainless steel, the outer box can be electrostatically sprayed with steel plate according to customer needs;
3.2.1 A thermocouple device is installed on the inner wall of the box to confirm the internal temperature of the box before the test;
3.2.2 The smoke hood is installed directly above the smoke outlet of the combustion chamber, 200mm~400mm higher than the smoke outlet of the combustion chamber, the longest side is parallel to the longest side of the smoke outlet, and the minimum size of the bottom surface is 1500mm x 1000mm.
3.2.3 Air and smoke mixing baffle: There is a smoke collecting chamber connected to the smoke exhaust pipe above the smoking hood. In order to fully mix the air in the smoking hood with the smoke, an air and smoke Air mixing baffle.
